The CGH Les Chalets de Jouvence residence in the authentic Les Carroz village resort is divided into 8 small mountain chalets at the foot of the slopes and ideally located at the foot of the Kedeuze gondola. Residence The Farms of the Sunis located in the family resort of Carroz d'Arraches, 1140 m above sea level. Its five chalets with wooden facades house real cozy nests. Inside, a mountain and cocooning atmosphere.
You are located close to the centre of the resort, the tourist office is 500m away. The first cable car and the ESF are about 800m away. Free shuttle drop you there (shuttle stop about 100m from the residence).
Around the residence you have access to all amenities (bars, restaurants, shopping). One food store is less than 100m away. Nearby, the children's clubs offer a multitude of activities to your cabbage (from 3 to 12 years old).
To relax after a busy day of skiing, you have free access to the sauna and jacuzzi (from 15 years old) and the indoor heated pool.Opening hours : 9am-20h00 from Sunday to Friday and 11am-20h00 on Saturday.
The cocoon spirit of the residence continues into the cabins of the wellness area (Spa Deep Nature®), dedicated to relaxation and beauty (in addition - closed for the 2025/2026). Covered parking allows you to park your vehicle (surcharge).

The Le Front de Neige residence is located in the upper part of the Carroz d'Arâches resort, at the foot of the slopes leading to the first cable car, 100m away. The Le Front de Neige residence, built on 3 or 4 levels (without elevator), is 800m from the village center. The apartments, from studios for 2-4 people to 2-room mezzanines for 7-8 people, are fully equipped. Most have balconies or terraces.

Discover the Arche Residence Without further delay. Located in the Flaine Forêt district, this pretty residence enjoys an ideal location just 200 metres from the shopping mall. Here you will find the grocery store of this area of the resort and some other essential shops.
Join in no time the Flaine Forum district thanks to the elevators located in the shopping gallery. You can have fun and spend time in this central area where most of the resort's bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated.
On the ski side, you can rent your equipment in the sports shop located about 100 meters from your residence (at the foot of the Résidence Pégase). Then, in a few minutes, join the start of the slopes about 500 meters from your rental to walk the slopes of the beautiful ski area! For more comfort, the slopes are also accessible by using the Skibus (free shuttle).
This residence is especially suitable for travellers who wish to be close to shops while enjoying a quiet location.
