Spacious and friendly, this chalet invites you to relax in an authentic mountain setting, with spaces designed to meet, relax... or simply enjoy the present moment. The living room opens onto a south facing garden: enjoy your meals in the sun or dive into the jacuzzi after a beautiful outdoor day. Inside, gather around the fireplace, share a movie in the TV lounge or some billiards on the mezzanine. Each room, warm and comfortable, has its own bathroom to preserve everyone's privacy. The chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 14 people and consists as follows: Facilities & Comfort Ground floor: - Parking for 4 cars in front of the chalet - Garage to store your skis/bikes - An independent studio with: - Kitchenette. - Bathroom with toilet - One double bed (140×190) - Overlay beds (2x80×190) (NB: Height sleeping is not recommended for children under 6 years of age) Floor +1: - Spacious dining room with access to the terrace and garden and outdoor jacuzzi - Fully equipped open kitchen and back kitchen, overlooking the dining room - Living room with TV and fireplace - 1 bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (160×200), private bathroom (bath, shower, double sink and toilet) - Independent toilet Floor +1 1/2: - 1 fully renovated room with two single beds (2x90×200) and private bathroom (shower, 2 washbasins and toilet) - 1 bedroom with a double bed (180×200) and private bathroom (Bath, 2 washbasins and WC) Floor +2: - 1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and a single bed (90x190) with private bathroom (shower, 2 washbasins and WC) - In half level, a new shower room with toilet - 1 Family room with a double bed (140×190) and an alcove with another double bed (140×190) - A shared bathroom (Bath and shower) - A playground with billiards - One attic room (very low height) with a single bed (80×190) - Independent toilet Cot and high chair available on request.
