Le Dévoluy comprises of 1000m of pistes on different levels, 100km of skiing trails and is among the largest area in the south of the Alps. Facilities are modern and include: 22 ski lifts, four téléportés', 37km of snow, latest tamping machines and 'main libre' passes. Le Pierra (at an altitude of 2500m) is at the top of the skiing area. The view is breathtaking: the valley, Le Grand Ferrand (at an altitude of 2759m), L'Obiou (at an altitude of 2790m), Les Crêtes de Farraud (Tête de Claudel 2563m), and further the Barre des Ecrins.
