These chalets for rent with a beautiful surface area of 140m² to 160m² offer plenty of space and comfort for a family or a group of friends of 10 to 12 people. All the chalets are ideally located in the heart of Averne, 5 minutes from the start of the slopes, the Galopins daycare and the ESF ski lessons of Les Eucherts - La Rosière. The Chalets du Kandahar were built by its owners, originally from La Rosière. Each rental chalet is decorated with great taste. They have been designed in a very functional and spacious style. The chalet benefits from maximum sunshine and breathtaking sunsets thanks to its south-facing exposure.

The Chalet Les Marmottons**** is a human-sized residence located in the ski resort of La Rosière in Savoie. It includes 33 apartments, most of which are south/southwest facing, spread over two four-storey chalets. You will be charmed by the magnificent view offered from the residence: over Les Arcs and Mont Pourri on one side, or over the Tignes valley to the east. The residence is located 300 metres from the resort centre, restaurants and shops and 350 metres from the ski slopes. You therefore benefit from direct access to the fabulous Franco-Italian ski area, Espace San Bernardo.
