The balconies as well as the spacious terrace offer spectacular views over the Val d'Herens and over the Valais 4000m-peaks such as Dent Blanche. Private parking is available close by. The restaurant called Le Bois Sauvage and a small supermarket are located in the centre of Les Masses. Distance to the larger Les Collons ~2 km with shops, restaurants, pubs, ski rental shop, ski school, bank, post office. Indoor swimming pool and kindergarten (from 18 months on, in winter season) at Thyon 2000, ~6 km. There are charming winter hiking trails and snowshoe routes. The traditional village of Héremence is about 2.5 km away. There you can walk through picturesque narrow streets with historic wooden houses - a mountain village like in a picture book.

Return on ski close proximity to the chalet (no official slope). About 5 minutes walking distance to the village center of Les Collons, with its many restaurants and bars, ski rental shops, ski school, bank and post office. The chalet has outstanding views in a peaceful location and has been finished to a very high standard. One bedroom on the ground floor has an own entrance (external connection the the other rooms; on the same level). The chalet is equipped with wireless Internet, about EUR 2/CHF 3 per hour.
