This magnificent modern chalet, built in 2020, is located in the hamlet of Grand Parcher, in Vallouise-Pelvoux, in a peaceful and green environment. With a capacity of 8 people, it combines contemporary design, comfort, and mountain charm. Ideally located, the chalet is just a 5-minute drive from the center of Vallouise, where you will find shops, restaurants, and a local market, and 10 minutes from the Puy-Saint-Vincent 1400 resort (6 km). In winter, you benefit from quick access to the Pelvoux-Vallouise (5 km) and Puy-Saint-Vincent ski areas, as well as the cross-country ski trails and snowshoe trails that crisscross the valley.
