Very convenient for the Le Bettex ski lift. The nearest accommodation to the lift.

We had advised reception that we would arrive very late in the evening and the arrangements to pick up the key worked perfectly, but once we got to our room, there was no sign of the bedding and towel packs we had hired and we had to sleep in our clothes for the first night as the duvets/pillows weren't particularly clean. Although the location was great for the ski lifts, apart from a bakery, there were no shops nearby. The nearest supermarket was 15 minutes walk into town. All the bars and restaurants were 10-15 mins walk too.

We enjoyed our stay here. Impressed with the apartments layout. Very coonvenient.

Bathrooms needed updating.

The apartment (n. 209) was not the best, being the one with only one room and two beds in the passage. We have found the apartment pretty dirty.

Very friendly staff in the foyer and they did their best with our poor French. Able to procure discounted ski passes which was a great help. The location is totally brilliant. It is literally the closest building to the ski lift and this made for a quick, no car getaway in the mornings. Were able to get lifts up St Gervais and ski there or from the top, ski over the mountain and into the Megeve fields which were all part of our pass. This meant a lovely long ski with a good variety of fields to access. Afterwards just a short walk to the hotel's locker room and a lift to your room. Surprisingly, a bathroom, shower room and separate toilet. Reasonably supplied kitchen. Most rooms would have a pleasant view.

Rooms a bit basic. Have to make your own beds which after a very long journey is not the best. Beds and pillows basic. Not enough comfortable sitting - only for 2/3 on the sofa bed. Kitchen was well supplied with most things though the small oven was placed a little too high. No hand basin in toilet.
