Advantages

Quiet location, spacious, very helpful maintenance man.

Inconveniences

Lack of basic equipment - duvets in particular, no mugs little cutlery. Heating did not work and the main radiator had to be replaced. Dishwasher not operating correctly. No oven only microwave.
