The residence offers a setting conducive to holidaymakers wishing to immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the resort and its entertainment. All apartments are south-facing with a panoramic view of the resort and the mountains.
There are many shops at the foot of the residence: shopping, ski shops, souvenirs, restaurants, bars, food, local products and bakery.
The ski area can be easily reached by the slopes that cross the resort or simply by the main street that serves the Arare sector. The Dromonts ski lift in the center of the resort allows you to quickly reach the Plateau and Super-Morzine sectors.
