The Chalets du Hameau are in the Hameau de Flaine area of Flaine, 2 km from the resort centre and 1.5 km from the ski lifts. There is an beginners slope just 300 m from the residence that will allow you to ski down to the main ski area and lifts. There are also free shuttle buses throughout the day. The 70 wooden chalet are well equipped and comfortable.

You are located right in front of the Flaine Forêt shopping mall with its bowling, auditorium and essential shops. The elevator there will serve as a bridge to easily reach Flaine Forum, the dynamic area of the resort where most bars, restaurants and activities are concentrated.
And now let's talk about skiing! From the point of view of equipment rentals, you can equip yourself in the sports store located just a few meters from your residence. As for the departure of the slopes, it is about 350 meters away and can also be reached by using the Skibus (free shuttle) just in front of your rental. This will allow you to quickly reach the Gérats chairlift or the Grands Vans chairlift (where the ESF gathering and Club Piou Piou de Flaine Forêt are also located).

In order to easily reach Flaine Forum, the central point of the station, simply take the elevator located in the shopping gallery. From there you can discover all the dynamic and festive character of the resort with its many bars, restaurants and activities.
As for the departure of the slopes, it is about 450 meters away and can also be reached by using the Skibus (free shuttle). The first chairlift (the Gérats chairlift) is 300 m from your holiday rental, nothing better to fully enjoy the mountain!

On the ski side, you will be located about 1km from ESF gatherings and Club Piou Piou de Flaine (in the Residence "Les Terrasses d'Hélios").
From the Hameau roundabout you can use the "Opal" track to access the Gérats chairlift (depending on the snow). To reach the other tracks and return to the Hameau you benefit from a free shuttle service; they travel all day, every 15 minutes.
The Genaral Store in Le Hameau, a few hundred meters from your residence, is home to a bar/restaurant, a sports shop and a corner shop with the products of the first necessity; for larger purchases you can go to the Spar supermarket, located in the Residence "Les Terrasses d'Hélios".
However, you can reach any strategic point in Flaine by using Skibus (day) and the Hameau shuttle (from 18:30 to 23:45). In just a few minutes, you can find the neighbourhoods of Flaine Forêt or Flaine Forum, which are more lively and dynamic than the Hameau and where the start of the slopes also starts.
